RESERVATIONS/ DEPOSITS
A per person deposit is required to secure your reservation and price quotation for your tour.
The appropriate deposit requirements are:
€ 300 per person for all Group Tours at least 60 days prior to arrival (unless otherwise specified while confirming reservation)
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment for all tours is due 30 days prior to departure (unless otherwise specified while confirming reservation).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation in writing must be received by PilgrimTours.gr 60 days prior to departure for full refund of deposit.
- 60-30 Days Prior: Deposit will be Non-Refundable
- 30- 7 Days Prior or less: Penalties will apply based on the itinerary of the tour and number of people participating.
- 7 Days prior or less: 100% of tour cost
*Cruise cancellation policies vary.
PRICING
Quoted tour prices include planning, handling and operational charges and are based on the current rate of exchange and tariffs.
In the event of a marked change in foreign exchange rates, fuel costs or tariff rates, tour costs are subject to revision. Such increases will be added to the client final billing.
PilgrimTours.gr reserves the right to vary itineraries and prices, and to substitute facilities and hotels of equal or better quality if necessary.
INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE
Accommodation as specified and agreed by the client. All motor coach and land transportation, sightseeing, services of tour director, guide and driver, meals as specified in tour itinerary, taxes, gratuities to bellhops and waiters at included meals.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE
Cost of obtaining passports or visas, laundry, meals (when not indicated in the program as included), beverages or sightseeing not included in the itinerary, travel insurance, gratuity to guide, driver, communication charges, & excess baggage fees. Port charges and gratuities to crew are not included on cruises. Admissions to Museums & Archaeological sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
These tour programs are operated by PilgrimTours.gr/HIMALAYA TRAVEL S.A. 4, Filellinon Street Athens Greece. In common with other companies, HIMALAYA TRAVEL S.A. acts only as an agent for tour members in arranging room accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants. PilgrimTours.gr/HIMALAYA TRAVEL S.A reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes in the itinerary and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or other incidents resulting from a change of tour scheduling made for tour members, including any rescheduling due to political unrest. PilgrimTours.gr/HIMALAYA TRAVEL S.A. is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, injuries or unforeseen expenses incurred by any tour member.
