Trip Schedule
Day 1: Arrival at Athens airport – Athens
We will have a look at Athens, named in honor of their patron saint – the favorite daughter of Zeus, goddess of wisdom Athena. City tour by bus, where our guide will show you the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Presidential Palace and Kallimarmaro Stadium (Panathinaikon Stadium), where the first modern Olympic Games took place. Visit the fabulous Acropolis New Museum from where you can have a magnificent view of the Parthenon and Erectheum before viewing Athens a top Mars Hill where St. Paul stood and preached the truth to the Gentile nation. Visit also the Acropolis Parthenon and the Agora (ancient market place and centre of Athenian public life). A short walk through the narrow streets of the Old city, the famous Plaka with a multitude of shops and cafes. We will visit the Metropolis Cathedral, where the holy relics of Gregory V the Constantinople Patriarch are, and the small Kapnikarea church. Check in to our hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Athens – Kos
After breakfast we depart from the hotel to Athens airport and take the flight to Kos island. Arrival to Kos and we start our pilgrimage tour with The Church of the Lamb of God, The Church of the Visitation Monastery of St John, The complex of two royal churches of St. Stephen, the Church of Agia Paraskevi and the Church of John the Baptist. Free time in the beautiful old city of Kos for lunch and walk. Afternoon arrival at the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Kos – Rhodes
This morning after our breakfast we take the ship to the beautiful island of Rhodes. We will admire the picturesque Mandraki, wonderful aquarium, unique panorama of Rhodes from the hill of Monte Smith and walk through the medieval old town, where you will have the opportunity to see the Crusader’s Castle and the famous Street of the Knights. We will visit the Virgin of the Castle (Enteroum mosque or Kantouri), we will worship the picturesque church of St. Fanourios, located in the homonymous street of the medieval town of Rhodes. Check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Rhodes
Departure for pilgrimage to the Holy Monastery of tales, which is on the east side of Rhodes. After we head to venerate the Blessed Virgin Tsampikas associated with Cyprus. Finally we visit to the most beautiful village of Rhodes, Lindos. Discover the most beautiful attraction of Lindos – the ruins of the citadel hilltop overlooking the village from above. Day 5: Rhodes – Symi – Rhodes
Departure to the port of Rhodes where we will take the boat that will take us to one of the most picturesque islands of the Dodecanese, Symi. We will visit the Holy Monastery of the Archangel Michael, the Archangel gold icon located on Panormiti. Day 6: Rhodes

Day 7: Rhodes – Piraeus
This morning after breakfast we will have the whole day free to take our last walk in Rhodes. Afternoon departure by ship from the port of Rhodes, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 8: Piraeus – Athens airport
Early morning arrival in Piraeus port and transfer to Athens airport. Departure flight back home.
