Trip Schedule

Day 1: On arrival in Athens, you will be met and transferred to hotel. The rest of the day is free to head out and explore the city, an incredible contrast of the ancient and the modern.

Day 2: Athens – Corinth Canal – Nauplion – Mycenae – Olympia. Early in the morning we will drive along the coastal road to the Corinth Canal where you will have short stop. We will continue south to visit the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. Then we will continue, passing by Nauplion, to Archaeological site of Mycenae one of the major centers of Greek civilization where you will see the Tomb of Agamemnon, constructed around 1250 BC. In the afternoon, we will depart, through central Peloponnese, for the cradle of the Olympic Games, Olympia.

Day 3: Early in the morning, we will depart, to visit the archaeological site of Olympia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site holding over many significant buildings and ruins. There, we will see the remains of the Temple of Zeus and the Ancient Stadium as well as the Archaeological Museum. Then we will drive through breathtaking plains and magnificent bridge crossing the Corinthian Bay, onward to the castle town of Naupactus before arriving in Delphi.

Day 4: Today we will visit the extensive archaeological site of Delphi, Sanctuary of Apollo overlooking the nearby valley of Phocis, including the Archeological Museum. In the afternoon we will continue our route heading to Kalabaka, small town located at the foot of the Meteora, an astonishing complex of Monasteries built on the top of gigantic rock formations in Central Greece.

Day 5: Today we will visit Meteora, one of the most majestic sights in Greece. Perched on top of huge rocks standing in the plain of Thessaly, monasteries from the 14th and the 15th centuries seem to be suspended in mid-air. Today, there are only six monasteries left in activity where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine art. In continue we will drive back to Athens. On the way we will have short stop to statue of Leonidas in Thermopylae where King Leonidas with 300 warriors gave his last battle against the Persians. Arrival in Athens.

Day 6: Early in the morning, we will head to the port to embark on ferry toward Paros. Arrival at the port of Paros. Settlement and enjoy your afternoon and evening at leisure to explore the charming city of Parikia, the capital and the main port of Paros.

Day 7 & 8: We will stay 2 days to explore the gorgeous island of Paros. We will admire its historical heritage dating back almost 7,000 years, its cultural and architectural wonders such as the Panagia Katapoliani, a Byzantine church built in the 6th century, its fine sand beaches with crystal clear waters and its picturesque villages consisting of white walled houses and narrow streets full of flowers, Paros has everything to seduce travelers.

Day 9: Today we will head to Paros port, take the ferry toward Santorini.   Arrival at the port of Santorini. Settlement and take advantage of your afternoon and evening at leisure to discover the infinite charm and beauty of this island.

Day 10 & 11: We will stay 2 days to explore the majestic island of Santorini. We will visit whitewashed villages clinging to the sides of the sea cliffs have made the volcanic island of Santorini one of the most widely photographed places in the world, black-sand beaches and islands little corner of paradise where you can watch an unforgettable sunset.

Day 12: After breakfast transfer to the port of Santorini to embark on ferry toward Athens. Settlement and enjoy the rest of your day for a last walk in Athens.

Day 13:  Check out and flight back home.
